District Announcements
Future United States Citizens

Twelve students, representing five countries, from Judy Remele's Adult Education Citizenship Class are ready to take their naturalization test. The students have been studying for the past eight weeks to learn  US History, Civics, and US Geography. Additionally, the students practiced reading, writing, and interviewing skills; and listened to guest speakers from US Immigration Services as well as a new US citizen who shared about her naturalization experience.

Good luck to these excellent students. The United States will be a better country with them as citizens.

The CAHSEE has been suspended.
Important! The CAHSEE has been Suspended

Due to recent State Legislature changes, the California High School Exit Exam has been suspended through July of 2018. That means passing the CAHSEE is no longer required to earn a High School Diploma in California. Therefore, students who have completed all graduation requirements, except for the CAHSEE, may now be issued their High School Diploma from the school they last attended. If you did not pass CAHSEE in high school and were also in need of more credits – it is the time to come back to school to earn your diploma. A High School Diploma will improve your chances or getting a job and qualify you for higher paying jobs. Yucaipa Adult School is here to help you earn that diploma. All High School Diploma classes are free.
